Another day, another leak. This time around we’re going to take a look at a leaked shot of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy K Zoom, the device previously known as the Galaxy S5 Zoom.

The Galaxy K Zoom is Samsung’s follow-up to the S4 Zoom, and looking at the new pictures, the company seems to slimmed things down a bit. The leaked photo shows the device in what appears to be a clear cover over a dimpled surface like the Galaxy S5. It’s not the first rumored pic we’ve seen, but it is the first that shows the zoom lens extended and it does appear to be slimmer than last year’s Zoom.galaxy.k-zoom

As for the specs, the Galaxy K Zoom is rumored to rock a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED display, 2GB of RAM, and a speedy six-core Samsung Exynos 5 Hexa processor. The camera is said to be a 20MP shooter with a Xenon flash and 10x optical zoom which is a definite bump up from last year’s 16MP camera. Rounding things out is a 2MP front-facing camera and Android KitKat 4.4.2.

Everything is still in the rumor stage with the Galaxy K Zoom, but we shouldn’t have to wait long to hear something official. Many expect Samsung to unveil the K Zoom on April 29 in Singapore at their “Kapture the Moment” event, and we’ll be back to give you the lowdown on the camera-centric phone when they do.
