iPhone 6 UK pre-orders begin on September 12 at Vodafone, EE and Three UK

The bigger iPhone 6 is coming, and today we learned when a few carriers in the UK will fire up pre-orders. If you’re in the market for Apple’s latest and greatest, you’ll be pleased to know you won’t have to wait long to get one.

The iPhone 6 UK pre-orders will begin on September 12 at EE, Vodafone and Three UK. If those carriers aren’t your cup of tea, you’ll also be able to snag the 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch iPhone 6 Plus from several other carriers in the UK like Virgin and O2 among others. Unfortunately, none of the carriers have listed prices yet although we know how much each device will cost unlocked.iphone6

The 4.7-inch iPhone 6 will sell for £539 in the 16GB configuration, £619 for the 32GB and £699 for the 128GB version. As you’d expect, the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 Plus is steep at £619, £699 and £789 for the same configurations. You can expect the carrier discount to come in cheaper than the unlocked price, we’re just not sure how much cheaper it will be at the moment.

While we weren’t impressed with the Apple Watch, the new iPhone 6 is a different story. It may be a bit underpowered compared to some high-end handsets we’ve covered, but it’s a major change for Apple and one fans will surely welcome. Expect to see a lot of iPhone 6’s on the street when Apple releases the device into the wild on September 19.
